What is the minimum guest count?
We work with events of all sizes! The Brae Room accommodates groups as small as 6-8 people for intimate dinners. For the backyard, we typically recommend a minimum of 20 guests to make the most of the space and create a vibrant atmosphere.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Absolutely! We encourage you to personalize the space with your vision. We do ask that any setup or installations be coordinated with our team in advance. Our outdoor string lights and natural beauty provide a gorgeous foundation for whatever you add.
Is there a venue rental fee?
Yes, we do charge a venue rental fee depending on the space and date. The fee structure is flexible based on your event size, duration, and which spaces you're using. We'll discuss pricing during our initial consultation to fit your budget.
Do you offer catering-only packages?
We primarily focus on hosting full events at our venue. However, we're happy to discuss custom arrangements. Reach out to our team to explore options that work for your specific needs—we love a good conversation!
What about rain plans?
The Brae Room and indoor spaces are perfect rain backups for outdoor events. We also have a covered pavilion area in the backyard for additional weather protection. Our team will work with you to create a contingency plan that keeps the celebration on track, rain or shine.
